I teach with all my heart Animal Flow Yoga, an intuitive movement-based vinyasa. This intuitive practice combines traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga founded by Shri K. Pattabhi Jois, and a ground-based discipline created by Mike Fitch called Animal Flow.

Depending of your needs, the sequence can either be restorative and smoothing or dynamic and invigorating. Transitions are explored in the aim to move your body slowly with control in total consciousness. And by synchronizing breath with motions, this fluid flow allows yourself to reconnect to your emotions, and to free your inner-energy and intuitive nature.
Specialised in bodymind awareness, I support you towards a respectful approach of the body intelligence. I also encourage you to explore and feel what is happening in you, both physically and mentally, in order to go back to a state of balance and serenity
